Area of responsibility: ALL TRADE CHANNELS (Ecommerce + Hypermarkets/Supermarkets, Convenience, Discounters)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead assortment management for particular channel (MML + Focus assortment + distribution targets )
- Define activation toolkit and mechanics for particular channel (channel focused activity grid, target promo / non-promo mechanics, visibility & convertion activation tools for Ecommerce and off shelf priorities & targets for Convenience, Discounters, HM/SM)
- Lead Visibility Trade marketing OVH budgeting and control TPR trade spend to grow the channel
- Lead the team of channel development managers (mix of trade marketing and category management functional)
- Lead cross-functional cooperation and communication to optimize and improve key business processes
KPIs: EBIT, Market share, channel net sales, channel VOD (promo pressure), promo trade spend, Advantage report place
REQUIREMENTS:
- Working experience: 6+ years in Trade Marketing, Customer Marketing or Category management in FMCG environment with responsibility for both ECOMMERCE & omni channel offline market
- Understand thoroughly the Russian ecommerce market (different ecomm subchannels) and deep understanding of effective tools of ecomm sales development
- Solid sales & marketing knowledge & experience in Ecommerce
- Trade marketing knowledge for Ecommerce & omni channel offline market
- English upper-intermediate
- Knowledge of Nielsen & Household Data bases' KPIs
- Ability to navigate within a matrix organization
