Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to strengthen Cyber Staff’s brand and attract new clients. This role involves a mix of strategic planning, content creation, social media management, and digital marketing.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy for lead generation
Launch and manage cold email/LinkedIn outreach campaigns or lead a team of outreach specialists
Create targeted content for LinkedIn, landing pages, case studies, and email templates
Drive inbound traffic via SEO, paid ads, and email marketing
Set and monitor KPIs to optimize campaign performance and support sales conversion

Requirements:

3+ years of B2B marketing experience in IT outsource or tech recruitment
Experience working with CIS, Europe, MENA / UAE, USA regions
Proven expertise in cold outreach (email/LinkedIn) and lead generation
Strong content creation and copywriting skills in English
Hands-on experience with SEO and managing paid ad campaigns
Experience in managing KPIs and performance metrics for lead gen specialists
