Who We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience as an HR BP, Generalist, or Manager in an international Fintech (IT) company with distributed remote teams.
- Strong background in HR documentation (3+ years of experience).
- Fluent English (B2+ level) for seamless communication in an international environment.
- Solid understanding of HR practices and key industry challenges.
- Exceptional communication & organizational skills.
- A true team player with a proactive mindset.
- A resourceful problem solver who knows how to Google and network for solutions.
Bonus Points for:
- A university degree in HR or Psychology.
- Proficiency in Confluence Stack.
