• Payroll Coordination — work with accountants to ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
• Training & Professional Growth — develop learning programs to help employees excel.
• Leading HR Initiatives — drive key HR projects and align them with company goals.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience as an HR BP, Generalist, or Manager in an international Fintech (IT) company with distributed remote teams.
• Strong background in HR documentation (3+ years of experience).
• Fluent English (B2+ level) for seamless communication in an international environment.
• Solid understanding of HR practices and key industry challenges.
• Exceptional communication & organizational skills.
• A true team player with a proactive mindset.
• A resourceful problem solver who knows how to Google and network for solutions.

Bonus Points for:

• A university degree in HR or Psychology.
• Proficiency in Confluence Stack.
