Product Manager (Bitrix24 Experience)

Responsibilities:

• Digital Strategy and Implementation: Spearhead the creation of a user-friendly website and app, utilizing Bitrix to ensure a seamless user experience. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of all digital projects aligned with our strategic objectives.

• Project Management: Oversee the full project lifecycle from conception through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Innovation and Growth: Leverage Bitrix to identify and implement innovative solutions that support business growth and enhance operational efficiency. Act as a change agent, driving digital transformation initiatives that add value to the company and its clients.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  Proven experience as a project manager in digital transformation projects, with a strong emphasis on the Bitrix platform.

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
• Strong technical acumen, with a deep understanding of digital technologies and how they can be utilized to drive business success.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines.
